The Performance Team (Terrence) did not disappoint. On time, professional, helpful and a true value based on the cost and the amount of time they spent doing a great job. So much so, we will not wait 2 years to clean rugs next time, more more like 2 months. Thank you Performance!

Had carpet stretched and cleaned. Terrance was the tech, showed up earlier than I expected and worked straight through about a six hour project. Very pleasant and cleaned up great.
This original review was written years ago.AMAZING. Michael was so kind, and knowledgeable. He was also training a new employee (Jared) whom was so sweet. Highly recommend this company for all carpet cleaning needs. They have a customer for life with us. So grateful. As of 3/31/2025 I hired them again for pet stain cleaning. They used a black light to show us the spots Before and After, that was really cool actually. Pedro was our tech whom did a phenomenal job with our carpet and was so kind to my daughter.
