Look at this low rating? they even started a new company named Silver State Stucco just to hide their reputation. These guys are responsible for the death of one of our community citizens. Building faulty scaffolding at Tivoli Village got our man killed! Numerous OSHA violations. When will they kill someone else next?
Trying to avoid paying a family whom you killed the father of from your unsafe practices by changing your name. Silver State Stucco will no doubt ignore safety regulations and eventually kill again! Don’t use Performance Builders or Silver State Stucco if you care about the safety of those working on your projects!
Stay away from these guys. They have 30 or more OSHA violations, death on a jobsite. They also started another company, Silver State Stucco, to hide their reputation. Stay away from these contractors unless your want to hire an unsafe crew that might kill some of their employees in the process.
How dare you, Performance Builders, change your name to Silver State Stucco, to try and “weasel out” of paying compensation to the surviving family members (3 young children & spouse) for “your willful safety violations causing the death of one your underpaid, taken-advantage-of workers?”.. Your willingness in violating OSHA rules & standards, being fined 100s of $1000s of dollars in fines, show you don’t give a CRAP about your workers safety or respect for your workers, or your own reputation!! Don’t do it these guys don’t care about there workers safety! That is a recipe for disappointment and disaster! People’s life’s are important! When you cut corners on safety peoples life’s are in the balance! All bad Performance Builders All Bad!

Business owners are making the business decision to "just say no" to Performance Builders. Bad for Vegas.
They are unsafe! Bottom line. Terrible working conditions and they pay below area standards. There short cuts on safety got a co worker killed while working on scaffolding that had been compromised so the plasterers could finish the wall by cutting the scaffolding ties to the building at Tivoli Square! They just got a little slap on the hand by OSHA while a wife and two small children are without a husband and father!! They are dangerous, and careless and lack the skill that's required in this industry.
