I'm totally blown away by the customer service that we experienced this past weekend from Performance Boat Center. On a Friday evening at 9:00 pm we determined that we needed a new fuel pump for a 42X Cigarette - the night before the Cigarette Rendezvous and we didn't want to miss the big event. PBC came through for us by opening up the shop, calling in the parts manager and allowing us to use a few tools to complete the transfer of the brackets from the old pump to the new one. Probably one of the better experiences I have had as it relates to customer service. Brett Manire Myrick Coil Lance Coil and their teams know how to take care of their customers. I live 3hrs away from them and will definitely make the drive next time i need something done. Thanks for the hard work guys, keep it up.
They are extremely professional. Most importantly, they know their craft, down to every screw and nut. Even better, if you do stump them (which is rare), they will tell you, they don't know, but they will get you the correct answer; quickly. I recommend them for anything that floats or hauls a boat!
