I'm very impressed by the service department. Even though I had a little difficulty with a recent service of my bike, I brought the troubled bike back and these guys took care of me on the spot. I was ready to be challenged with another invoice, but it never happened - they took the high road just like I would have done in my business. These folks are stand-up individuals and I have no concerns doing business with them going forward.

Thanks to everyone at Performance Bicycle for getting me ready for my first ever organized ride yesterday. They really took care of me I bought a bike that they fixed & fixed @ fixed, lemon, they took it back and ordered me a brand-new one.
I just picked up my first bike in 20 plus years. The new technology is amaizing. Preformance takes the time to educate you and explain in detail the difference in all the components. Ask for Greg. He will meet all you expectations..
Picked up our first "Real Bike" at Roswell's Performance. Had an amazing experience. Learned so much from all the knowledgeable guys at Performance.
