This is the last time we will ever shop with performance. Purchased a bike last year when I was in Albuquerque and everything was great. Moved to Austin and rode the bike less than a dozen times when I decided to return it due to not liking the disc brakes. Never been in an accident and no scratches. I was looking for a simple bike but did not find anyone that was very helpful at the other stores I visited. I searched for bike shops on my phone and found Performance Bicycle was near me so I dropped in. I was greeted by Steve as soon as I walked in, he asked and listened to my needs and was very patient and friendly while I browsed the selection and offered a few bikes I should consider.
