I came in on a Friday night at closing time with a heavily damaged front end and needed it fixed so I could ride STP Saturday. Nick was great, never complained, worked till almost 9PM. The bike worked great and I was able to ride STP on Saturday. Thanks Nick, you’re awesome and so is performance bike!
I had a great experience at Performance Bicycle in Seattle. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I never felt any pressure in my purchase and they guided me in the right direction on what I needed and what they recommended down the road. For someone new to the sport they are an excellent resource.
I could not have had a better experience at the Roosevelt bike shop. Two weeks ago Matt helped my husband and I find the perfect bike for me for the up coming STP race. I'm a total beginner, Matt gave us endless information and assembled my bike right then and there.
