Performance Bike Shops is overpriced. We have purchased several accesory pieces here, because we were given gift cards. We have not been overly impressed with their customer service or knowledge. They are also overpriced, when you can go down the street and get the same bike for less money.
Buyer Beware Take Purchases with you immediately I contacted this bike shop 3 weeks before Christmas to purchase the bike my daughter asked Santa for. I was unsure on size etc and they said I needed to order by that day if it was not in stock to have it in time for Santa to drop off. I went in immediately and let my daughter pick which one she would ask Santa for. My husband was with us and after they picked he took them outside and I paid for the bikes!!
