The shop has given me the worst service I've ever experienced. The only good part was my initial visit when one staff member showed me a bike with a 46/30 crankset. It ends there. Loved this place but they screwed us last time. Charged me $80 for a tune up I had to wait 8 hours for (I don't live here so I ruined the entire day and I had to call twice)... They literally just replaced the brakes. No lube, no cleaning, no adjustments. Complete rip off. Watch it ladies, they will take advantage.
Very knowledgeable staff and got me what I needed at a price I could afford. I was able to get enough taken care of so I can go riding soon, safely.I can't wait to ride. Zoom, zoom.....
Three salesmen helped me out and gave me suggestions for my bike so I found what I needed. The store has a good layout with a variety of products that are easy to find. The store is very clean and the people are friendly.

Stood for 15 minutes with our son riding different bikes, 5 staff walked past, no one said hello or offered assistance. Evidently, their message is to take our business elsewhere.
