I am writing this detailed review to warn other consumers about my experience with Performance Automotive. This project resulted in a total financial loss of over $14,000 and has been defined by repeated product failure, negligent service, and deceptive business practices. I was sold a "better than OEM" Jasper engine as a long-term, reliable solution. The reality was a nightmare. The first engine failed catastrophically in under 1,360 miles. I have brought my pickup truck and my Mustang here and have always had excellent, honest, and timely service. This is the ONLY repair shop I would recommend. Quality parts and warranty is a huge plus! 10/10
Tiffany and Ryan made sure that not only my car was taken care of, but also that I was okay in a very stressful time. I can’t recommend them enough!
They are the best at what they do. Always Friendly Service, extensive knowledge on vehicles, and above phenomenal turn around. I have them as my fleet mechanic shop; and I also bring my personal car!
