My car was due to be ready at 3.30, I enquired about it at 3.45 and was told the paperwork was being done. Asked again at 4.30 and it was only just finished, yet nobody bothered to inform me there was a delay. Once I took the car I checked to see if the puncture repair kit was replaced as requested, it doesn’t even look like it was checked. I’ve called to request the part 4 times and still no resolution.

I’ve visited this service center twice now, just to get a quote for installing a tow bar. While the front desk staff are always polite and friendly, they assured me both times that I’d receive the quote via email the same day. Two visits and two days later, I’m still waiting. Is providing a quote really this complicated？Their attitude is great, but the delay makes me question the overall service quality.

Unbelievable! Never again. Where has customer service gone? Asked to speak to the manager after ringing 5 times and receiving no return call. Booked bus in with Tim (who never returned my calls) for today and on arrival was told it was booked in last Thursday. Tim was arrogant and rude, telling me it could not be done today but I could leave it overnight for tomorrow or bring it back another day. Thankfully, the manager stepped in. I can't take my vehicle here any more. The lack of service and how hard it is to book it in is the reason for this review. The last 3 visits there has been an issue. Tim won't call back regarding any issue. Initially we were told we needed a seal replaced. It took 3 months to replace a seal. I called many times and they said sorry Tim is busy can we take your number and he will call you back. I'd wait a week, call again and they would say the same thing. After receiving my Xv back after 18 days my car was covered in bird dropping and don't get me started on the lack of care and service received from some of the staff. No phone calls returned to us and no courtesy car and not told what was wrong till l picked up. This car is only 20 months old.
