Do not use the Hobart service centre under any circumstances. Communication was deplorable, service was the worst I have ever encountered with a car dealership (and I have worked in fleet management for 12+ years) and they had a complete disregard for concerns raised. Promised a part in 10 ten days (yes, I was told, they had checked with the warehouse in Sydney and the part is there) and prepaid on that basis. Couldn't get an update after 10 days and was then finally told three months. Went my own way and sourced the part an... read more

All staff, particularly Sam, Astin and Laura made my experience of purchasing a new car stress free! They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this car dealership.
