I have been trying to reach anyone from Performance Automatic on behalf of a friend who had a part rebuilt. It has not performed as expected since it was installed. He was asked to return it, and now he cannot get a call, email and I cannot get any anwers. He would like the part to be returned at this point, but can't get any info about that. Very disappointed that a business can run like this. We are 4 hours behind PA, the business owner could call after his closing time.
