Bought ford escape from their planet ford dealership. Car breaks down every week for same issue. Dealer refuses to buy back or replace vehicle. Service department is most rude I have ever seen. They say they are not responsible for any issues on car. Although car is brand new. It broke down three times within first three weeks.
Bought a used accord back in July. I was told all breaks were going to be changed, and I'll be getting a car detailed. Car wasn't cleaned/detailed. I also found out that only the front breaks had been changed. The person I was dealing with informed me I would be hearing squeaky noise due to the new breaks that were put in, but now I know that wasn't the case. My mechanic told me today that I have to change my rear rotors and breaks very soon
