Do not use performance auto or any dealer associated with them. I purchased a brand new suv cross from Mitsubishi in June, was lied to about winning a weekend getaway, there was glue left on my hood when I picked it up and had to return to have it removed. Had to return twice to pick up a gift card that was supposed to be given to me upon signing. I had my service light come on at 2,000 km and now Mitsubishi is refusing to give me a service appointment or even get back to me .. the amount of trouble I’ve been put through and... read more

I had left my Subaru car to repair for a collision. I called there after a week because I received a google reminder about it. A lady ( with African accent) received a call. I asked her about the email. She replied me there is no email sent to me. I requested to check about the status of my car. She replied there is no one she can forward the call, her voice was very rude, lack of respect, didn’t answer any of my question. I was very disappointed with her disrespectful behaviour. We purchased a new 2026 CRV at Classic Honda 4 weeks ago. Jordan looked after us and made the purchase very easy. The vehicle had a tire issue and we took it to PAG's Bolton Honda shop as its closer to home. Bolton Honda replaced the tire and checked up on Apps (TPMS)that we thoght were missing from the radio display unit. They should have not done anuything to the radio display unit as TPMS is not installed on Canadian versions of the CRV.
