Had an amazing experience at Performance Auto Group’s Nissan dealership in Brampton! We worked with Demetrius, the sales manager, and he was honestly the most knowledgeable and helpful car salesperson I’ve ever met. Super friendly, patient, and really knew his stuff. Even my dad was impressed — and let me tell you, my dad is never impressed by car salesmen. Overall, we had a really great experience and would highly recommend!

Bought ford escape from their planet ford dealership. Car breaks down every week for same issue. Dealer refuses to buy back or replace vehicle. Service department is most rude I have ever seen. They say they are not responsible for any issues on car. Although car is brand new. It broke down three times within first three weeks.
