My windshield had been shattered due to a severe wind storm. Long story short.... Too dangerous to drive there with my windshield in it's condition with a baby on board. I'm only 10 minutes away but they told me a couple times on the phone that their schedule didn't allow them to come to me on that specific day. They did end up coming to me at closing time.
