Excellent!!! Jerome went out of his way to get parts for my Jeep. I am very pleased with my experience with this establishment.
I called to get a price to get my alternator replaced and the guy hung up on me.
Tired of Businesses not doing what they say! Owner said bring truck in next morning at 9:30 for new muffler then doesn't show up. Two other customers also waiting for work...both stating they never know when he wants to work. This practice actually seems to be the norm in this area. No wonder there is a large population of poor folks here. No pride, no manners, no respect! Start calling out the bad behavior with negative reviews and maybe they'll get the message.
