Went there to help out a buddy who had a minor wreck. While I know it was Friday the insurance agent made the appointment. It was apparently to much trouble to do an estimate in the rain and they couldn't assure the accuracy of the estimate due to the rain. The guy even asked for an umbrella. Unbelievable, then the manger came in, words were exchanged and they refused to do the estimate. I'm calling corporate and lodging a complaint.
