This company did a great job of servicing my mom's A/C when she was very sick on Hospice a few months back in April. When I called the person who answered was so nice on the phone and helped me determine what kind of service call we needed. The tech who came was so caring and made sure that he carefully cleaned out all the parts thoroughly and made sure that the condenser had a new part installed so it would not fail anytime soon. If I could give this company a 10 I would. They consistently exceed expectations! We had to have an air conditioner compressor replaced today. Everyone from the lady who answers the phone, the person who does the scheduling v and the technician who can to our home are extraordinary! Rarely does a company OVER- perform but I guess that's why they are called performance air!
