Awesome company. Wonderful SERVICE
Our warranty company assigned Performance Heating and Air on 5/4 originally. The gentleman came out and said nothing was wrong. As the temperature in our house began to rise again, we had a recall issued on 5/10. We were told there would be a wait as our unit was still not completely out, and customers completely out of an ac would need to be serviced first. Understandable. He came out diagnosed and repaired my furnace issue within 24 hours of my initial call. He explained everything clearly and concisely.
