They get in the door and upsell even when they KNOW it caused problems with an Alzheimer's patient and her caregiver the FIRST TIME just 3 days earlier!!! ANYTHING for a sale I guess, even if it wipes out her account!
This is absolutely without question the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything. We purchased a new AC system from them in May of this year. It was GUARANTEED to be installed the next day. It took 5 days. Communication with the HQ was nearly nonexistent. Workmanship was so shoddy it did pass inspection. I could go on and on. If I could submit this review with zero stars I would, but I will just close with BUYER BEWARE. Keep shopping.
Had performance out for my six month maintenance and as usual “Bull” was right on time did a great job as always took his time to service the unit explained everything he did and we couldn’t be happier
