I calledPerformance AC and, again, was very, very pleased. My AC was registering 80 degrees, instead of 78 which I keep it on daily. They sent one of the techs the day before, fixed the issue, but it returned again the nezt day. I have to say...I was VERY impressed with this company ! I had called the night before, told them my issue with my Hot Water Heater which was leaking and they said to call them if it got worse and they would send someone out that evening for an emergency..The water was leaking in the pan slowly...The next morning, I called, told them it was worse, and they prioritized and made this an emergency call and sent Spencer 8:00 am sharp...! he was amazing !! They get in the door and upsell even when they KNOW it caused problems with an Alzheimer's patient and her caregiver the FIRST TIME just 3 days earlier!!! ANYTHING for a sale I guess, even if it wipes out her account!
This is absolutely without question the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything. We purchased a new AC system from them in May of this year. It was GUARANTEED to be installed the next day. It took 5 days. Communication with the HQ was nearly nonexistent. Workmanship was so shoddy it did pass inspection. I could go on and on. If I could submit this review with zero stars I would, but I will just close with BUYER BEWARE. Keep shopping.
Had performance out for my six month maintenance and as usual “Bull” was right on time did a great job as always took his time to service the unit explained everything he did and we couldn’t be happier
