Beyond grateful for the community and coaches at Perform HQ. As someone who has always found gym environments a challenge in the past, the team at Perform have created such an incredible, safe and fun environment to train in. I set out with a goal to swim 3.6km in open water, and with the support and expertise of Adams coaching, ended up swimming solo to Rottnest. Beyond anything I could ever have imagined, could not recommend Perform HQ more highly!!!
Have enjoyed training here so much. Coaches are all so nice and make you feel very welcome and make the experience very enjoyable.
Thank you to Jess Perform physio and Adam S+C coach and the wider team so much for the past 4 weeks. It has been an absolute journey coming back from an ankle injury. I feel so much better and confident with my ankle and feet in general, knowing I am on the right path to getting fully healthy and improving myself. These sessions with you have helped me significantly and will definitely be back with you when I return and recommend you to anyone I come across.
Participated in one of the Educational Seminars. Took away a boat load of new information I can apply to coaching my athletes. With a good balance of theory and practice it’s hard not to find these sessions invaluable. Highly recommend for any coaches looking for development
