Dr. Jason Cain worked with me dealing with my osteoarthritis in both knees in an attempt to put off surgery as long as possible. After I had my surgery, I went to him as soon as I was able and he worked with me for about nine months and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Cain has a very gentle manner and because of his experience, he knew exactly how to approach this rehab. Even when I was panicking, his calm and sure demeanor put me at ease and I was constantly amazed how much we got done without the serious pain I was anticipating. H... read more

Thoughtful, holistic approach to PT. I arrived with both chronic and acute hip issues - I was in pain, and my ability to work out and train as an amateur athlete was very compromised. After completing my course of PT my pain was almost entirely gone, my range of motion increased, and I was able to do much more than I had in years. Best of all, I have exercises I can use to keep everything feeling good, and I know I can go back to the Perform for Life team if I ever need to. Highly recommend!!

PT Knee Replacement: I enthusiastically recommend Ashley Simmons. DPT. Prior to my total knee replacement, I saw Dr. Ashley once a month for three months. She developed a daily exercise program for me and reviewed it monthly. This preparation and after surgery, her outline of daily exercises in addition to three in-person office visits a week, I credit with helping me achieve an easy recovery. As I began to walk again and developed some back pain, she diagnosed that I had a difference in my leg length and suggested a shoe in... read more

We can not sing the praises loud enough for Dr. Ashley. My daughter was having some foot pain while dancing that other orthopedics dismissed as an anatomy problem, put her in orthotics and would have preferred she just stopped dancing. The injury climaxed one day and she could not put any weight at all on her foot without extreme pain. Dr. Ashley was able to fit us in that day and after a long session my daughter was able to walk with greatly reduced pain. My daughter called her a magician. Dr. Ashley realized it was a tende... read more

Dr. Ashley is the gold standard when it comes to physical therapy for dancers or anyone. She worked with my young dancer to heal from an ankle break and subsequent botched recovery under the care of a different orthopedic practitioner. Dr. Ashley takes the time to fully understand the injury and the dancer. She listens, is patient and compassionate, and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are receiving the very best of care. She treats the issue and also provides the tools to prevent future injuries. Without her ... read more
