I’ve been training at Perform 360 for a while now and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been – possibly in my whole life! The results have been incredible. I love that there are so many session times available, which means I can book in around our ever-changing family schedule (or simply when I feel like it). The trainers are professional, friendly, and give great coaching, so I always feel supported and confident in what I’m doing. Highly recommend for anyone wanting real results in a flexible, welcoming environment.
I started my challenge at Perform 360 two months ago, and I’m still training three times a week. I love every minute of it! The coaches are amazing, the people are friendly, and the atmosphere is truly inspiring.
Perform 360 is more than a gym. The instructors are well trained, friendly and encouraging. All exercises are explained and demonstrated. Advice is given regarding weights and repetitions. Technique is monitored and gently adjusted if necessary. There are no egos and everyone feels safe and supported - whether you are a novice, an older citizen, looking for performance or carrying a previous injury. Perform 360 SGPT delivers exactly what I value in a training environment – consistent structure, strong accountability, and great flexibility with class availability. The schedule is extensive, with a variety of sessions that blend stretching, main lifts, and accessories, supported by a variety of programming 'blocks'. There’s always something different to challenge you and keep training interesting. Overall it’s a high-quality setup that makes it easy to stay committed long-term.
The team at P360 have an incredible breadth of expertise, the coaches are patient, meet you where you’re at and remember little details about you. As a total beginner I really appreciate the demonstrations of proper/improper form, the explanations of which muscles are meant to be activated and that all the sessions are pre-programmed so I can just show up.
