(I apologize that this review is long!) I decided to get a QT scan at PerfeQtion Imaging after finding a lump in my breast. I wanted to avoid a mammogram for several reasons but mainly since I’m breastfeeding. After coming across Dr. Simmon’s social media and the several “stop getting mammograms” posts, that told me as a consumer that the QT scan would in fact replace a mammogram; it absolutely does not if you have a clinical symptom. The QT scan was great, relaxing and pain free. The front desk girl was very nice. The tech was a bit odd, did a manual breast exam. I never had a breast exam by a tech. Are they even trained to do it? I’m a nurse and didn’t think techs did breast exams. She wasn’t that friendly and I just didn’t really care for her. It was a strange experience. I’ll be interest to see my results.
Great office, smooth experience, and wonderful support! I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr Simmons husband in the reception area! Very nice person as well!
