I've been using Perfectum Construction and Plumbing for quite a few years now, In the past they've done services like repaired by HVAC system, water mitigation and flood restoration. A few days ago they changed my water heater with a tank booster, so now my 50 gallon water heater produces 80 gallons of water. I've been using Perfectum for a few years now with great success. Vadim the owner has always been very responsive and has explained everything thoroughly. Vadim always provides all the pricing up front, so there is no surprise at the end. They have changed my water heater for me, replaced HVAC condensation pump, they also replaced different types of valves. All in all I highly recommend this company for the majority of your household needs.
Perfectum was fantastic to work with to address several plumbing repair/upgrade issues. I agree with other reviews that the team is honest, reliable, and really skilled. They were on time and explained everything clearly. They replaced kitchen and bath trim, leaking valves in kitchen/bath, reset toilet, repaired toilet pump, recaulked bath, etc. I was able to send pictures and they were transparent on cost prior to coming. Perfectum did a complicated commercial fountain drink machine replacement, changed of a flushometer of a urinal, did a water heater inspection and inspected the rest of the plumbing as well. Outstanding experience from start to finish. On time and great workmanship. Highly recommend!
