I have had 2 experiences working with Perfectum and both have been excellent. The first was a hot water heater installation that Vadim was able to complete quickly. Within 24 hours of us contacting him, the new water heater was installed. The second experience involved installing a new dishwasher and stove. Vadim & Peter arrived on time and they identified a couple of other minor issues during the installation process and were able to quickly pivot to repair them and keep the project on schedule. I had a good experience with Perfectum Construction & Plumbing. Vadim was responsive, arrived on time, and addressed both a clogged drain and leaking water heater professionally. The new water heater was installed quickly and the work was done efficiently. Communication throughout the process was clear and helpful.
When it was time to replace my water heater, I obtained several estimates that included the Washington Gas application, licensing, and inspection. Perfectum’s estimate came in right in the middle. The deciding factor for me was that the owner, Vadim, and his colleague Peter came out in person to inspect the setup, while the lowest estimate was provided via email based only on my description. Great and professional service. I needed two faucets replaced as soon as possible and received Vadim’s contact information through a friend. Vadim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done. He arrived on time, advised me accordingly, and offered a reasonable price.
