100% positive experience! Vadim was responsive, considerate, and professional in all our interactions, dispatching Peter the same day to fix our toilet. Peter not only fixed the problem but also identified and replaced a leaking valve that was causing damage to our flooring. His service was so outstanding we had him look at another toilet with long-standing issues, which he returned the next day to fix. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend and use again.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Our water heater struck a leak and our whole dining room was flooded. Vadim came to the rescue around 8:45pm and after surveying the situation, he was able to stop the leak, grab a new water heater, replace the old one and clean the flood within less than an hour!!! Update: We are quickly becoming regular customers thanks to the quality of service here! They've done our chimney lining, water heater replacement, and fixed our main water valve, and now we're discussing plans for installing a water softener for our whole house. Vadim and his team are phenomenal. Will keep working with them on all things related to plumbing and their services. They were knowledgeable, explained the situation very well, went a step up than most and their prices were fair. Also, you get the owner coming out on site! Very happy overall!
