If I could give 0 stars, I would. I tried to book a duct cleaning appointment, and when the technician (an Indian guy) came to my aunt’s house, he didn’t start the job — instead, he asked a bunch of unnecessary questions and blamed the heating and cooling system. I called the company, and they agreed to send another technician. I was fine with that. Worst experience Hired them for move out cleaning but the cleaner was in a hurry didn’t clean the kitchen properly and they never mentioned that we need to provide them with the cleaning stuff as well Never hiring them again
