They damaged appliances in our kitchen and refused to pay for the damage. The owner is not professional. She never contacted us after the initial cleaning to see how the work was done. I had to contact her and when I made my complaint about the damage, she refused to believe that her staff did it. She then ignored me when I tried to contact her about it further. A company that does not stand behind their work or staff is unprofessional. Poor management. Poor ownership. Poor workmanship.

Scratched the stainless steel of my new stove, rubbed so hard on stove top that the power light was depressed, scratched my new vinyl flooring, dented my bedroom door, missed many areas, scuffed the floor in 2 separate rooms. Left many areas partially cleaned. Before the job was done, had another person stop by and ask for a check. Management never bothered to contact me to ask about job performance; as a matter of fact, management has never contacted me to check on job performance. The crew, Jocelyn, Cynthia, and Sandy, were absolutely wonderful. They are smart, listen, work quickly without banging my furniture and were delightful to have in my home. Wanda is a gifted leader and as a team they are absolutely wonderful and a blessing. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Very thorough. As a pet family, I love that cleaning products are safe for our" girls" and the environment. Highly recommend!
