Happy REPEAT customer!!! AWESOME BOUTIQUE! My daughter just turned 38 years old and I shopped at Hansel & Gretel for her when she was little for as long as I could! She always loved going to see Miss Diane and remembers getting a "prize" if she was good. The owners were as nice then as they are now. I am lucky enough to have 3 darling grand-daughters and shop for all of them there. Mike & Diane will help you in absolutely any way they can. I don't understand these people who say they are rude. RUDE RUDE! I walked in and the owner was so rude to me! I went in looking for dresses for my girls and she acted like I was bothering her in her store. She needs to learn to treat her customers with respect. I do not see why people shop in this store with such terrible service. I will NEVER return!

THE BEST Mike and Dianne are probably some of the few different people you might meet. But at least they care on what you want and they will go the extra mile to do so. I am glad they have unique and some of the most adorable outfits ever! They may be a little pricey, but it's worth it if you want your little girl to shine! Too much Attitude for the money! The owners are very rude! She got an attitude with me as soon as I walked in. I will pay the price for what I want, whether it be on sale or full price. I buy what I like, but I won't be giving this store my money ever. I would rather buy online than to deal with her. I don't know what possesses people to get into retail when they can't appreciate their customers. Her husband is as bad as she is. My money can spend anywhere. I can live without the attitude. rude owner i found the owner of the store to be very rude. I will not be back, and i will discourage others from going there too. her poor attitude shows a lack of respect for her customers, and it shows a lack of common sense.

GT - St. Louis I was looking for my daughter a special birthday outfit for her first birthday. Someone told me I had to go to Hansel & Gretel. Since I live in St. Louis, I thought traveling to Cape was a bit much, but decided to try it. After all, she will only have one first birthday! Thanks H&G! I LOVE this store!!! The clothes are very unique. They are extremely helpful. The clothes are more expensive than Gymboree but that is because they are unique and often better made. Every other kid in the class won't have the same outfit.

Shoes I always find my daughters shoes/sandals at Hansel and Gretel. They are always very helpful in finding what I am looking for. Good quality shoes and the prices are very reasonable for what they are. The clothes on the other hand are very pricey.

Unhappy customer I was a customer in this store and I was treated very unfriendly by one of the workers. I would have bought dresses from this stop because they had a few that I needed. But due to the way I was treated I will not be back I would rather drive 100 miles for what I need rather be treated like a unworthy customer. Seems I have 10 years of retail experiance and I know what customer service is I sure had no part of that experiance I felt degraded and not worth what I am worth.
