Made an appointment with this business for today at 11:30. No show, no call. They even sent a confirmation text the night before. I was a new client. Was. Not acceptable customer service. Left three voicemails. No response.
We used Perfectly Clear today at our Folsom home to wash all of the windows (inside and out), screens and clean out the gutters - and just like last year they didn't disappoint. Super easy to get an appointment, was careful with the ladders in the house, quality work, quick, efficient and professional. We got quotes from the top 2 yelp reviewed window washing companies and it was "Perfectly Clear" that they are the best value in the Folsom area. We will use them again and I highly recommend them.
Wonderful service! Arrived on time, went way above the call of duty. It was great to have blinds and carpet cleaned at same time. Thanks again!
