I wish there were a zero-star review for this company. Their cleaning services may be good, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I am a prospective customer who has texted (which they read and did not respond to), called (which was screened and declined), and left yet another message asking them to call me back even if they were not interested in my business (which, of course, was also ignored). If this is how they treat their prospects, I cannot even imagine how badly they treat their customers.
Alex and Ms. Pieremene are the best cleaners I’ve ever seen!!! They are meticulous in their approach and do everything necessary to please the customer! They are even interested in the customer’s well being which is unusual in this day and age. They cater to the customer with soup to nuts efficiently doing all the work efficiently and with extra effort!
