The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I simply called to ask how much a wash and blow dry with braids would cost, and before I could finish explaining, she immediately told me she wasn’t doing it today. This was confusing because the business hours on Google show that you’re open until 8 PM. I understand if appointments are full, but the interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
I had a great experience at this salon, and I LOVE how my hair turned out! I’ve gotten so many compliments- thanks!
