As technologies changed so did the tire business. Soon retreads were not the product of choice. I stopped by this little joint on Lee to pick up some chains (snowmageddon always scares the bejeezus out of me!). I have MINI, so my wheels are a little unique, but they totally had my size of chains.
Best tire place in town nice people and better service than les schwabs.
Open early on Sat., friendly and helpful. We got a flat heading to Montana and they got us in and out. AAA approved.
I've been dealing with these good people for well over 10 years- have bought a few set of tires from them and also had some repairs done. I'd give them 5 STARS for quality of work done as well as prices. And just so you know- none of them are relatives or friends- but they sure treat you like you are. Plus- local money spent here helps us all.
I wanted to thank you for your excellent service. I dropped my car off and the work completed by the next morning. The customer service was great, and they even allowed me to store my car trailer overnight. Thank you again, and I will be a returning customer and will also be happy to recommend your shop to friends and family.
My family and I are so completely blessed by Jeremy Dierks and his fine crew that we tell EVERYONE to go to them when there's a problem or they need tires because of the quality of work and professionalism we've experienced. I have found time and time again impecable service completed in a timely manner and prices that don't hurt my bank account. I have also experienced genuine sincerity when we come in, even when we just show up without an appointment, they always find a way to fit us in.
I'm in Pullman visiting my family for the holidays. My younger brother's car wouldn't start and my grandfather and him had it towed to perfection tire for a diagnostic. T.J. (my brother and the registered owner of the car) left the car and keys there with the understanding that he would be called when they found out what was wrong. Won't fix their own crappy work – Sold me four tires, but a year later three of them are flat. They blame the wheels on the first two, even though it's the same wheels my old tires were on and I had no problem. They won't fix the last one, even though there's no nail or visible problem with it. Just crappy tires or crappy installation, and I thought cooper tires were supposed to be good.
