Went to them with an insurance claim. They only did the bare minimum “according to the claim” and nothing more. Told me the trunk was “perfectly aligned” and that the only issue was the headlight — even though it’s obvious the body is bent and alignment is off. They never did a proper body alignment check. As a customer, I had to argue over things that are clearly visible. Amazing!!! Dropped it off for a little body work - picked it up three days later all sparkling and perfect! They even detailed it! Customer service was great - highly recommend!
So far my experience dealing with perfection paint and body has been great. Helpful, courteous, professional, and very personable. Made a stressful situation so much easier. The guy who did my assessment was also very quick, efficient and very thorough with explanations. Great group of people! EDIT: Got my car back and the work they did is amazing. Looks like the day I bought it. Lisa and Christy are absolutely amazing people.
