Went to them with an insurance claim. They only did the bare minimum “according to the claim” and nothing more. Told me the trunk was “perfectly aligned” and that the only issue was the headlight — even though it’s obvious the body is bent and alignment is off. They never did a proper body alignment check. As a customer, I had to argue over things that are clearly visible.
