Perfection One Collision first opened its doors in June 1987, with it’s first collision repair shop in Circleville, OH. In 1992, present owner Richard Rhoades purchased the shop from Mike Stacy. Richard went on to expand to a second location in 1999, bringing his son Jason into the business. By 2003, a third location in Chillicothe was purchased and what was once a sub-standard shop was transformed into a thriving branch of the Perfection One Collision family. Have used Perfection One for a couple years. Recently, had some issues with my 2006 Colorado. Took it in and they checked over and found all the issues and confirmed what I already knew or pretty well sure they were and worked with me on time and costs. Great people to work with, kept me informed, work done as discussed, on time and with great friendly attitudes.

Good afternoon Frank. As much as we appreciate your feedback we want to remind you that we gave you a "free" loaner because you did not carry rental car coverage on your insurance policy. Also we did install the donut/spare to the rental vehicle when the first tire "blew" so you would be able to have transportation while we repaired your vehicle. Also the donut / spare is not the tire that blew. It was the front left tire. When we put the vehicle up on a lift we were able to see that the vehicle had ran over something on the... read more
They just completed work on my Trailblazer. It looks brand new & you can't even tell it was hit. They did a great job & washed it as well. That was a nice surprise! The staff I worked with was very helpful & explained everything & took care of a rental car for me. I would recommend Perfection One.
