Jason and Chris were very nice and polite explained the entire process to me in a way I could understand. Not a bunch of tech jargon I just don't get. They built all my computers in my office and they service and maintain them with ease. The computers are top of the line for very little price, and I never have any issues with them normally they know when something is wrong before even I do !!!!
