I came to this salon because I was with a friend and she wanted to try it out because she said it had a new owner. Very disappointing. To start the chairs are so uncomfortable. They lean way back with no way to sit upright hence the pillows on every chair. The gal doing my pedicure didn’t know how to use the touchpad, couldn't assist in moving the chair back to accommodate my knee injury, moved me forward so much I had to dangle my feet over the sides for relief. I absolutely love this salon! My bestie brought me here about a year ago for a girls’ day, and I’ve been coming back ever since. Any time I’ve had an issue with my nails, they’ve always been more than willing to help, whether it was fixing the problem or giving me advice on healthier nail growth. While everyone at the salon is wonderful, Heni (I believe she’s the owner) always does an incredible job.
