I came here for the first time on a whim and did not have an appointment. They got me in right away and Kim did an excellent job on my nails! I am very picky about the shape and way my nails are done. She did a great job with my request for a French style pedicure and almond shaped, nude color manicure. I highly recommend them!!!
Over the last few years this salon has gone from average, to bad, to worse. Their services are juat simply not worth the money. I continued coming for Jackson and once he left it has been terrible experience after terrible experience. Most of the techs cannot do anything outside of simple designs. I routinely have left unhappy because they couldn't do what I asked and returned with broken nails. 1st time going and no complaints. staff was friendly, I got a Birthday discount as well as a cash discount! yay me! So glad I found a permanent nail spot , next month's appt already made. Update: obsessed with this place and so happy I found this gem! my most recent GelX set is beautiful! Thank you Kitty!
