Rude and unprofessional. I called and spoke with a gentleman about getting a catalytic converter; we couldn't determine which one I needed so he told me if I brought it by he would take a look real quick and we could schedule it for the next day. I arrive and speak to the person at the counter and explain I had just spoke with someone who told me to bring it by. I ask if he was who I spoke to and he replies with just "no". I explain to him that I was told to bring it down for a quick check to which he responded with "nope, w... read more
