The technician was terrific. However when he said my bill was 345.00 to replace a draft inducer motor that is under parts warranty. The tech was here 1-1/2 hours that included the time to go pick up the part and drive time. He first called me at 1:45 and left here finished at 3:15. How can you come up with 345.00. It’s outrageous and should be unlawful. Very shameful what you do

I recently had Bradley out to my house to give me an estimate. I really appreciated the fact that he was thorough and explained the product and the process so that I could have a good understanding of what the cost and job entailed. After I accepted their bid the scheduling and communication was great. The two installers ( Travis and Ryan ) were awesome!!! Very friendly knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service representatives. I am totally confident in the job that they did.
