Great customer service and skilled technician, thoroughly diagnosed our issue. Even in the middle of a heat wave, Perfection tech Blake didn’t just blame the weather, he dove in to find the problem and was able to swap it out same day, thankfully. It was even cheaper than originally quoted! Very thankful for Perfection and look forward to being a part of their Maint program.
I had a positive experience when I called Perfection. I thought they did not charge extra for after regular hours service, but they do charge extra which I now understand. The tech was very nice!
