Terrible company - been trying to obtain a bid for 5 windows since early May - have spoken to at least 4 different people - zero follow up, still have no bid after multiple promises to supply quote - don't waste your time with Perfection Glass - they suck. For context, I am a custom homebuilder, Licensed in Ca., Wa and Oregon since 1998
They replaced the gaskets on the shower door and adjusted it. Works great!
Set up to have 10 windows and 1 door installed they called told me a date of 3-4 July came and remeasured again told me we will see you on the 3rd they ended up not even scheduling me and not to mention they never kept contact with me during the 3 months prior. Also called back with an attitude saying they never scheduled any installations with me almost they never had any intention on installing windows they just didn’t want us to talk to another contractor.
