Reached out to Doug at Perfection Garage Doors Friday AM when my garage door was holding my car hostage and I couldn’t see spending the whole weekend at home. He called me back from a job site and said they’d stop by on their way back. They slapped a patch on it, got my car out and are working on new parts now. I truly appreciated the service and the small town personal experience he provides. I’ll be calling them again when I need to be sprung from garage jail or any other garage door mishaps.

I had a phantom door opening—a major security issue. Doug & Carl got me set up with a new motor within 4 hours… highly recommend them!
It only took four and a half months to receive a bill from them after I called them three different times about the bill and when I received it 3 days later he was going to send me to a collection agency
