The business installed floors for me today, my contact person was Ramon, he was kind, friendly and professional. He was focused on the job and did it in a timely fashion and did a great job, I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a floor install.

Perfection Floors performed floor tile installation and the work is of poor workmanship. Ramon Ferguson refuses to repair the work or to refund the money back he was paid. Another contractor stated it will cost as much to repair my kitchen flooring as it would to start back over again. I would not recommend this company. The work was finished April 1, 2022 and as of today, he will not communicate with me via text or phone call. His last comment to me was "Tell your husband to call me." Unfortunately we do not know the quality of his work because we were stood up twice. The first time, we had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning and no one showed up. We called, got another appointment and here we are on the second scheduled day and no one has showed up. This time we have not even received a phone call.
