Hired Saul to retexture a bedroom for me from knockdown to smooth level 5 texture. Gave him $600 as a deposit. He never showed when he said he would be here. In the two weeks it took, his worker showed up twice. Day after day I would be at home waiting and then get the text that he can’t make it. And then this is the job they left me with. It is TERRIBLE. Tape, float, and textured a new wall. They also retextured the bathroom. Price was reasonable and results came out great.
I reached out to Saul on 12/27/23 for a Drywall job I needed completed for my home. Saul stated that this would be something they would be able to help with. Unfortunately, Saul and his team lack communication skills and professionalism because they would string me along making me believe that they would help me and they would never reach out to me. Worst experience of any sub we have hired. These guys came in and gave us a bid to finish the drywall and paint the house and gave us a timeline of 1 week. We accepted their bid over others based on their promises that they have large crew and would be able to finish the job within a week. The problem started on day 2, when no one showed up and they started to fall behind. Fast forward 4 weeks we still did not have even a single room finished.
