In my opinion and experience an awful mismanaged company to work or buy from since Texas bought it! Unprofessional owners and HR! Orlando manager is an unqualified manager in my experience! Too many issues! A lot of other great companies out there! Steer Clear, you’ll be glad you did! POS!
After Avadek Texas bought it out it, it became a crazy mismanaged company outsourcing all the projects and assigning designers with all the backend work. Also all the people were being fired from Orlando including myself for bogus reasons so they could downsize costs more. Horrible Company, no ethics, no HR (Eileen Ray clueless unprofessional hr) for Orlando. Manager has favorites, don’t waste your time working here. James Conklin is an incompetent manager!
