I can’t say enough great things about Perfection by Penny! Penny is an amazing artist. She great with color and matching to your skin and hair color. Penny did my eyeliner a few years ago and I loved it. I took the plunge last week and had her do microblading for my eyebrows. My poor eyebrows were pitiful from the years past of plucking.
