I wouldn't trust my BMW with anyone else. Bill and his entire team are not only experts at what they do they make it a point to find the most cost-efficient route to your repairs. I've used Perfection auto twice now and I will not be going anywhere else.
Worst experience my family n I have ever had. Was lied too, had items stolen out of my vehicle, the owner jim went into my locked trunk and removed personal items and things came up missing. CLaimed he had solved the issue with my car and required an expensive part that was never put on my vehicle and I was charged way over what it should have cost if work was actually done. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST AND PIECE OF GARBAGE. CHARGED ME $1,840 FOR A JOB AND DIDNT TURN ONE BOLT ON MY CAR AND DIDNT DO ANY OF THE WORK HE CHARGED ME. I WENT TO LEXUS DEALER AND THEY VERIFIED THAT WORK I WAS CHARED FOR WAS NEVER DONE AND NOT ONE PART WAS REPLACED TTHAT I WAS BILLED FOR.
