Staffed our daughter’s apartment through this company. She is cognitively impaired. During her first experience living outside of our home they helped by staffing her apartment 4 hours daily. The staff helped support her with transportation, keeping her place tidy and providing company. I especially liked them because when problems did arise they involved me in solving them and often helped come up with solutions “outside of the box” such as employing her brother as staff to help her. Not the best at communication got forced through things and did not feel welcome in my own home when trying to learn so I had to get a new company! I was a client from this company and it sucked when I was with them just for 5 months they don’t train workers well, communication is bad, rude staff, and I would not go through this company unless you want to get emotional hurt
