"I've had a mixed experience with Brandon's HVAC service. While Brandon is skilled at his job, the customer service has been lacking. We spent nearly $8,000 on a new heater, AC unit, and water heater installation, which was done decently, but there were some issues. Firstly, I never received an invoice despite multiple requests. Secondly, I later found out that others were getting similar systems for thousands less from other companies.
