The owner and his team are fantastic to work with. In a market where many HVAC companies seem focused on maximizing profits from each customer, it’s refreshing to find a business that offers quality products at fair market prices with reasonable installation costs. "I've had a mixed experience with Brandon's HVAC service. While Brandon is skilled at his job, the customer service has been lacking. We spent nearly $8,000 on a new heater, AC unit, and water heater installation, which was done decently, but there were some issues. Firstly, I never received an invoice despite multiple requests. Brandon and his team is amazing. They got us scheduled and our house A/C fixed very quickly. And didn't overcharge like alot of other places would. And there craftsmen ship is top notch. Also, they are very accommodating for situations out of there control.

PerfecTemp HVAC was very knowable a provided answers to my questions. They delivered the products a services as we discussed. Very pleased and would recommend talking to these guys before choosing. They gave me options and also got be a bunch of utility rebates.. five stars!

Furnace control board went out. Had another big name company come out and quote me $2,500 for the repair and they didn’t have the product in stock so it would be another week. Called PerfecTemp on a Friday evening and Brandon was here Saturday afternoon and had my AC up and running for a fraction of the cost! I will DEFINITELY be using them for all my future AC repairs moving forward! Highly recommended!!!
