I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I arrived on time for my appointment but ended up waiting 40 minutes because the nail technician decided to take another client first. I watched her take her time with the previous client, but when it was finally my turn, she rushed through the service and completed my nails in just 28 minutes, when it typically takes her 45 minutes to an hour.
