Staff was not very friendly at all and consultant Ellen was pushy with my overwhelmed bride. Was definitely not the experience we were hoping for, especially since this was her very first time trying dresses. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for anything bridal. Also not very up to date with the trends. Prices were good though bc they’re going out of business (probably for good reason).
Caroline was amazing!! She listened to what I wanted and even what I didn’t know I wanted. I definitely recommend this place!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! This was our 2nd place and your stylist and tailor blew the first place out of the water! Great service, never felt pressured. My dress ended up being the first one you stylist picked off the rack after talking to me. Absolutely amazing!! Getting the bridesmaid dresses here as well!! I am beyond happy with my experience and I had the crying moment I didn't think I would have. Will recommend highly!!
