The staff member who helped us Katelyn was super attentive and helpful. She told us all the option and details on each, making the decision process that much easier. She was able to effectively help us and still be attentive to the other customers in the store, 10/10 for her custom service. She made us feel comfortable and welcome, I would definitely come back.
Gabriel was very helpful and kind. The prices were good and I like that they have a lot of deals and discounts. Will definitely come back soon.
Today was my first visit at PUWDN. Paul greeted and checked us in. Paul and Gabriel answered my silly questions with patients and genuinely gave clear, educating answers. Such a pleasant visit and I’m honored to have had such a cool experience. Thank you Paul and thank you too, Gabriel!
My experiences have always been pleasant as well as yesterday when John assisted me in once again finding an exceptional deal. Which always seems to be that if I don't find the deal I was looking for I do find one usually better, but never less. Perfect Union is my go too in Napa!
John was & is always great made him aware of a issue & he was very quick to want to correct it. He even hooked me up with a penny product. Oh & let's not forget I get invited to their get togethers at the shop. Just an inviting establishment
