The staff member who helped us Katelyn was super attentive and helpful. She told us all the option and details on each, making the decision process that much easier. She was able to effectively help us and still be attentive to the other customers in the store, 10/10 for her custom service. She made us feel comfortable and welcome, I would definitely come back.
Budtenders were incredible. Very knowledgeable and informed me of specials going on. It was an enjoyable experience - out of state - very quick ID process, browsing, and check out. Only thing is it’s located on a corporate park so it’s tucked away.
My experiences have always been pleasant as well as yesterday when John assisted me in once again finding an exceptional deal. Which always seems to be that if I don't find the deal I was looking for I do find one usually better, but never less. Perfect Union is my go too in Napa!
John was & is always great made him aware of a issue & he was very quick to want to correct it. He even hooked me up with a penny product. Oh & let's not forget I get invited to their get togethers at the shop. Just an inviting establishment
Jeremy is the best staff here. Unequivocally. Been here 30 different times and every single time that Jeremy is here it is the best experience. He has the best knowledge, Is more than happy to help you and give you recommendations on anything you need, and will not advise you on something he wouldn’t buy himself. The man should be running it
